Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. All paid plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime and your account will remain active until the end of your billing period.
What happens if I run out of SMS messages?
You can purchase additional SMS packs at $0.03 per message, or upgrade to a higher plan for more monthly messages. You will never lose the ability to send, just get a prompt to top up.
Can I try a paid plan before committing?
Every paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You will get full access to all features in that tier during the trial.
Do you offer discounts for multiple teams?
The Program plan is designed for organizations with multiple teams and includes volume pricing. If you have more than 10 teams, reach out to us for custom enterprise pricing.
How does the merch store work?
We partner with print-on-demand providers so you never hold inventory. Upload your designs, set your prices, and we handle printing, shipping, and customer service. You earn the markup on every sale.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Player data, parent information, and financial records are all protected. We never sell your data to third parties.
Can parents access the platform?
Yes. Every plan includes a parent portal where parents can view schedules, RSVP to events, see their child's stats, and pay fees (on plans with financial tracking).
